Presenter Spotlight: Dr. Lorri Goldmann

With more than two decades of real-world leadership experience, Dr. Lorri Goldmann brings insight, authenticity, and a deep commitment to helping others thrive. A trusted executive, mentor to countless professionals, and nationally recognized speaker and author, Dr. Goldmann is known for translating complex leadership and DEI concepts into actionable strategies that drive meaningful change.

As Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at Avenue5 Residential, she leads impactful initiatives that strengthen culture, elevate talent, and advance inclusive leadership across the industry. Her work extends nationally through her role as Chair of the National Apartment Association’s DEI Strategic Committee and as a board member of the Southern California Rental Housing Association.

Dr. Goldmann is the co-author of Promotion Power: Five Disruptive Career Moves for Modern Women and holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. A California Licensed Real Estate Broker, she is also certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace through the University of South Florida. Her leadership and influence have been recognized with the 2023 Black Leadership Award and the 2019 Corbie Award from Avenue5 Residential.
