IREM HQ Scholarships
Invest in Your Professional Growth
IREM® Foundation Scholarships can help make continuing your education and earning an IREM certification more accessible. Made possible through the generosity of IREM members, these scholarships support real estate management professionals who are ready to expand their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and advance their careers through IREM’s industry-leading education.
Scholarship Funding
IREM Foundation scholarships cover a portion of the tuition for up to three certification courses each year.
Applicants may request funding for one, two, or three course credits, with each eligible course counting as one credit.
If selected for a scholarship, recipients are responsible for the remaining course costs and should be prepared to register for their courses within 30 days of receiving the award.
Before You Apply
Scholarship recipients may be eligible to apply for additional funding after successfully completing and passing courses supported by a previous scholarship.
Because scholarship funding is intended to be used promptly, we encourage you to apply when you are ready to register for and complete the courses requested. Unused scholarship awards, as well as courses resulting in a fail or incomplete, may result in a one-year waiting period before you are eligible to receive additional scholarship funding.
