IREM MD Volunteer - Baltimore Hunger Project

During your packing experience, your team will sort and pack non-perishable food items into individual gallon-size Ziploc bags. These food packages will be delivered to local schools later in the week, where school counselors discreetly place them in students’ backpacks—ensuring each child returns to school Monday morning nourished and ready to learn.

Please note:

• Our warehouse has limited climate control—dress accordingly based on the weather.

• Wear closed-toe, comfortable shoes, as you'll be standing on concrete floors.

• We ask that each participant bring their own water bottle.

• For safety reasons, volunteers must be 14 or older.

• Free parking is available on site.  Please see the attached map for designated spots.
