Jasmine Leach is an accomplished Community Manager with nearly eight years of experience in the property management industry. She began her career as a Leasing Professional and quickly rose through the ranks, driven by her proactive mindset, dedication to growth, and naturally engaging personality.

Originally from North Carolina, Jasmine earned her bachelor’s degree from North Carolina Central University before relocating to Washington, D.C. She has successfully managed multiple residential communities, where she is known for her strong leadership, operational excellence, and commitment to resident satisfaction. Jasmine is also Dale Carnegie Sales Certified, enhancing her ability to build meaningful relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Outside of her professional role, she enjoys playing tennis and spending quality time with her son, Elijah, and her dog, Bella.
