Professional Bio
In the book Start With Why, Simon Sinek challenges companies and individuals to discover their WHY. The idea is to truly understand the thing that inspires us. For Geoff Snavely, that passion is to make a positive difference in people’s lives, both personally and professionally, so that they feel motivated to become the best possible version of themselves.
He’s a well-intentioned contrarian who believes this can be done by challenging the status quo, in an effort to help people and companies gain a deeper understanding of their unique needs. A constant effort is made to build these relationships with his family, friends, colleagues, peers, networking partners, and customers.
Geoff is Vice President – General Manager and part-owner of MilliCare Floor and Textile Care by EBC Carpet Services, a company that has been in business for over 35 years. He has served on Boards, Advisory Councils, and other leadership volunteer roles with a long list of professional associations.
He has earned a Master's Degree in Organization Development and is also a LEED AP. His favorite areas of focus are strategic planning, relationship building, improving trust, and consultative sales. He also published a book in 2021, Disruptive Discovery: Uncovering the Stuff That Really Matters.
Throughout his career, he can honestly say the best experiences have resulted from the privilege of helping people develop a skill, discover a solution, or achieve a level of success that they didn't initially think was possible. He is looking forward to many more of those opportunities.
